2. Damaged or Defective Items

We ensure that every product is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, follow these steps:

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit (subject to availability).

3. Non-Eligible Items for Replacement

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
  • Orders where the customer provided incorrect shipping details.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
  • If an order is canceled before dispatch, a 5% cancellation fee may apply.
